Why does MiniMoca use real sheepskin?
We use 100% genuine sheepskin as it is one of nature's most pliable and comfortable materials. Sheepskin is naturally soft, durable, and temperature-regulating – it keeps little feet warm when it's cold and cool when the temperature rises.
What is the Orthoflex® insole and why do you use it?
Orthoflex® is an ergonomically designed insole with superior shock absorption. It provides a soft take-off and reduces stress on feet and joints, even during long and active days.
We have chosen Orthoflex® because it combines comfort and support without restricting the child's natural movement patterns – perfect for small, developing feet.
Why does MiniMoca use TPR soles?
We use TPR soles because they provide a secure, soft and stable base for movement. TPR (thermoplastic rubber) is shock-absorbing, durable and provides good grip on surfaces – which reduces the risk of slipping. The material is free from prohibited substances, is not considered environmentally hazardous, and is recyclable.
Is MiniMoca's material safe for children?
Yes. All materials we use are carefully selected and tested to be safe for children. They are free from prohibited substances and meet high standards for both quality and durability.

How do I care for my MiniMoca shoes?
To keep your MiniMocas looking good for longer, we recommend regularly waterproofing them to protect against moisture and stains. Gently clean and brush them with a soft brush to remove dirt.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is received. This does not apply to items that have been used, items with a broken seal, or items without a price tag/label.
